The WIN project was aimed at seeking out under privileged rural students to educate them about diversified employment avenues and to enhance their soft skills via structured and interactive training to help them become more employable at a higher wage than what they would have earned before being exposed to the programme. It is to build confidence and presentation skills of school leavers in rural areas, to enhance their skills to win the corporate sector job opportunities and meet relevant challenges. Through this programme we keep track of their academical performance and offer scholarship opportunities to university qualified students who have previously participated in our WIN programs.
